I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and I guess
you could say I’m a VERY lucky guy— I have always
had a direction.
I wasn’t a football hero, nor was I a particularly
motivated student. For much of my high school and
college days, I was a dedicated rock–and-roller (and
still play guitar). But mostly my true North was ART
(mind those big, capital letters).
I had a simple dream; I just wanted to make my living
at the drawing table—EXACTLY what I am doing right
now. Hey, I pulled it off!
